ANNOUNCEMENTS! 

  • STAR/FAST State Assessment Results - If you would like to see the previous year's scores please visit the FOCUS portal and select Test History (all tests are listed with dates). Notifications for 2024-2025 testing will be sent out via FOCUS and listed in our Newsletter. Scores can be reviewed with someone at the school. Please contact your child’s teacher if you would like to discuss your child’s results of the state STAR or FAST assessment for this current year.

  • PBA Middle School Campus 'Saturday School': Saturday School is back starting Jan 25th!  Free Reading & Math tutoring. Breakfast is provided.   • PBA Board of Directors Meeting Rescheduled: Please be advised that today's Board of Directors Meeting has been canceled and rescheduled for Monday, Jan 27th @ 6 pm.  Details appear on the Jan 27th calendar event under Description.  NEW ZOOM INFO has been added to the calendar event.

 

  • ANNOUNCEMENT:  Next Palm Bay Academy GOOGLE MEETS Meeting: Join us for our monthly Google Meets meeting on Tue, Feb 4th.  Please sign up and provide your email so the meeting link can be sent to you.   • TESTING NOTIFICATIONS:  Students will participate in the second administration (PM2) for Grades 3,4,5,6,7, 8 Florida Assessment of Student Thinking (FAST) ELA Reading and Mathematics assessment[s] on 12/3 (ELA) and 12/4 (Math).   Also testing will be Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2 for Renaissance Star Early Literacy or Star Reading, and Star Math assessments on 12/10 and 12/11.      FAST Notification       STAR Notification

 

  • PBA will not alter the original school calendar.  Since our school day is longer than Brevard Public Schools day, we do not have to add minutes to compensate for time lost due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton.  No days are being altered or changed.

2.  Please use the link to view the Parent Information Packet.  This packet contains some of the procedures you may need to reference. This is not a complete list.  Please read the packet completely.   Print out, sign, and turn in the Acknowledgment Form (cover page) to the Front Desk.  This is part of your required paperwork.    Parent Information Packet.

  • Palm Bay Academy is tuition free and participates in the  Community Eligibilty Provision (CEP) free breakfast/lunch program so all students receive free breakfast and lunch.
